Putting in Transition work
Working on shoulder strength and bed mobility. While pressing with one side and stabilizing with the other, Jon is working on being able to roll from his stomach (prone) to his back (supine) independently. Having the shoulder blade stability on one side will allow him to use the other arm to manage and reposition his legs as he is rolling.
